The only problem is if the people you leave in charge lie about people not working how they are supposed to. Then talking good about the people they favor and they are the problem. I have seen those things happening where someone doesn’t like another and gets them fired. Until the boss really pays attention and sees how everyone works and doesn’t ask people who is good and who isn’t. The only way this really works is if the boss can really trust people that won’t lie to them.
