A ‘honingwofel’ is not the same as a ‘stroopwofel’. And a ‘crepe’ pancake you ate is French not Dutch, it is ‘poffertjes’ that NL are famous for, small circle pancakes.

That is not Dutch pancake, that is a normal ‘Crepe’ from France. Netherlands is known for their very small circle pancakes called ‘poffertjes’.
