我覺得佢纖維感係多過澳洲和牛，如果唔想要咁肥膩嘅可以揀佢，平又平小小，如果當係平時成日食都幾抵食嘅但係真係肉味唔夠

Both the freezing and subsequent defrosting would have tarnished the taste of the beef a tad. This is one of those meat that needs the salt and pepper treatment to at least bring out that ‘beefy’ taste you were talking about. Oh by the way, you need to sharpen your knife to the point whereby you shouldn’t need to ‘see-saw’ through the slab to get a slice of meat 🙂
