Yes but what are you buying? This business likely doesn’t have repeat customers give how infrequent a door breaks… maybe you’re buying a brand but once again not helpful, or employees who replace doors but those can be freelancers / handymen that you don’t need on a W2. The only valuable asset might be a website with a good SEO listing, otherwise you’re buying nothing…
