So… how did you build trust? Either UPS or FedEx or even the post office, there’s built in trust because you know a network spanning the country will be able to accurately delivery your mail. In this scenario. Your just another hole in the wall. Who knows who you are? And who did you integrate with to get mail service cross country

That’s all I do as an entrepreneur. I interview smart people who can communicate well, who have been in the industry for over 20 years and ask them how their industry runs. I ask them if they were to start their own store what they would do. If I feel like they can take on the task of helping me implement that business model, I’ll hire them to run it. If I can’t I’ll hire them on as a consultant for a little bit until I get it right. I call it the McDonalds method. I take what works and put my spin on it.

Most franchise locations are poorly managed and poorly staffed. If you can get a location to have both, you’ve got business. You don’t have to worry too much about marketing until you’re ready to scale.
