Not only dictating rates, they are dispatched by the company. You are nothing but an underpaid, overworked employee.

Yep did my one year with Prime company driver.Turned in my truck.Fleet manager calls 2 days later asked if I would be interested in leasing.Didn’t want to walk away without at least seeing the #s.Two weeks I was like screw this I ain’t going to sit here and struggle while I pay their truck off just so they can then give it to the company drivers for a couple years.Massive scam.They take advantage of these people new to the industry and really don’t know any better.

Lease operators are paying for all the companies liabilities,expenses & helping them build their band for free while being responsible for the equipments maintenance and you get what’s left over!!!

Ive looked at multiple lease purchase plans.
Never could make the numbers work.
