Nope. Never get someone else to build your business. The business’s success is directly tied to you. Plus if you get someone else to do it, they’ll feel they have ownership of it. There’s no need to navigate that bc it’s needless.

So I think of myself as a unicorn here because as a brand manager and Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, for my business and others, I actually had to learn how to do both. Not just create a consistent content routine for myself but on many of my platforms, my clients platforms while helping to run their business as well. Out of necessity I got really great at building systems and structure as well as documenting SOPS so I could hire and scale.
