既然現有屋企或將來的地方，可以收看BBC ，就要好好利用。BBC 對入職的人英文要求很高，要很純正及流利，可以對自己英文獲益良多。

真係要求 learn 融入當地文化才知道問緊乜、包括 social political economic issues, current affairs eg. climate change, drought, aborigines, euthanasia, local 電視劇 Home and Away, ….. 包羅萬有

You are lucky that you survive so far.
You really have limited knowledge for being over 35 years old.
Even simple common sense issues.
I think this is by working Alone all these years and I think you don’t mix with friends of different levels.
I am just guessing.
You should stop complaining as you are considered lucky in my opinion.
You are not the only one who came from a poverty background.
Lots of older generations worked harder than you, laborous type work and they can afford housing paying mortgages themselves.
